Program Educational Objectives (PEO)

PEO1Graduates of the programme will be employed in computing professional and will be
engaged in learning, understanding and Appling new ideas and technologies as the
field evolves
PEO2Graduates with an interest in, and aptitude for, advanced studies in computing will
have completed, or be actively pursuing, graduate studies in computing.
PEO3Graduates will be informed and involved members of their communities and responsible
engineering and computing professionals.
PEO4Graduates of the program will be able to use technical, behavioral, communicational
and managerial skills for solving real world computing problems.

Programme Outcomes

(Programme Outcomes (PO) is statements describing knowledge, skills, behaviors and abilities which should be achieved by graduates upon graduation.

Students graduating from Bachelor of Information Technology Engineering will have the ability to:

1Ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering.
2Ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data
3Ability to design a system, component, or process. to meet needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability

7Ability to Communicate effectively
8The broad education necessary to understand the impact of engineering solutions in a global, economic, environmental, and societal context
